Australian Homeschool Hub End of Year Formal 2026
Join the Australian Homeschool Hub community for a beautiful evening celebrating another wonderful year of homeschooling, friendships and community.
Families are invited to dress up and enjoy an elegant, family-friendly evening featuring a delicious meal, music, dancing and plenty of opportunities to make special end-of-year memories together.

The venue will feature 21 tables seating 10 guests each, along with a dedicated dance floor and DJ area.
🎟️ TICKET PRICES
ADULTS AND TEENS AGED 13+
• General ticket: $85 per person
• Australian Homeschool Hub subscriber ticket: $75 per person
Includes:
• Two-course meal consisting of entrée and main
• Soft drinks and water throughout the event
The adult entrée and main will be served as an alternate drop. The complete menu selections will be announced closer to the event.
CHILDREN AGED 4-12
• General child ticket: $49
• Australian Homeschool Hub subscriber child ticket: $42
Children can select one of the following main meals when booking:
• Chicken schnitzel with chips
• Chicken nuggets with chips
• Spaghetti Bolognese with Parmesan cheese
Every children’s meal also includes:
• A dinner roll
• Soft drink
• Chocolate ice-cream sundae for dessert
🍽️ DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
All meat served at the event is halal.
Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available for both adult and children’s meals. Please record every guest’s dietary requirements and food allergies during the booking process so these can be provided to the venue.
🥂 NON-ALCOHOLIC EVENT
This is a family-friendly, non-alcoholic event. No alcohol will be served.
🪑 CHOOSE YOUR SEATS
Guests will select their table and seats during the booking process. Each table seats up to 10 people.
To ensure your family or friendship group sits together, we strongly recommend completing one booking for the entire group or coordinating your seat selections before purchasing.
Seats are secured when the booking and payment are completed. We may not be able to move families or groups together after their selected table has filled.
🎓 CERTIFICATE PRESENTATION
As part of our end-of-year celebration, every homeschool student from Kindy through to high school will receive a special certificate recognising their learning journey and achievements throughout 2026.
Special graduation certificates will be presented to students completing:
• Year 6
• Year 10
• Year 12
When booking, parents and carers will be asked to enter each child’s full name exactly as it should appear on their certificate and select either a standard student certificate or a special graduation certificate.
Please check all names and year levels carefully, as the information entered during booking will be used to prepare the certificates.
Spaces are limited, so we encourage families to secure their tickets early. We cannot wait to celebrate the end of another incredible year with our homeschool community!
