What an incredible evening! If you joined us for our recent night market, you already know the energy was absolutely electric. We are beyond thrilled to announce that this was, without a doubt, our busiest market yet. The community showed up in full force, and the atmosphere was nothing short of brilliant.
But the real stars of the night weren't just the crowds—it was our amazing young entrepreneurs who brought the market to life.
From Home Kitchens and Craft Desks to the Market Floor
The hustle started long before the sun went down. Because all the products were meticulously crafted, baked, and packaged in their own time at home, market day was all about execution. Watching the kids arrive and transform empty tables into vibrant storefronts was a proud moment.
They thought of absolutely everything. The younger groups took total ownership of their stalls, carefully arranging their inventory and hanging up some incredibly creative, hand-drawn, and painted signage to draw customers in. Behind the scenes, it was fantastic to see the older kids stepping away from running their own stalls to act as market managers and business consultants, offering guidance and a helping hand to the younger stallholders.
Real-World Business Skills in Action
This market was a masterclass in project-based learning. These kids didn’t just show up and sell; they built their micro-businesses from the ground up. Before the first customer even approached, our young business owners had already:

With the massive turnout we had, it didn't take long for the rush to begin. The aisles were packed, and the kids were kept happily on their toes all evening.
The most rewarding part of the night? Seeing just how many stalls completely sold out of their stock! There is no better feeling for a young entrepreneur than realising their hard work, preparation, and marketing paid off so well that they had nothing left to take home except empty boxes and a well-earned profit.
